Low Price Guarantee

Alton Sports in Motion will match a published price on any identical, in-stock item from a competing website. This policy does not extend to promotional giveaways or special and limited offers. All you have to do is show us the lower price within 30 days after purchasing the product from us and we'll refund the difference with a credit to your account.

Satisfaction Guarantee Alton Sports in Motion is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund, so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging.

The following products may NOT be returned:

• Used merchandise

• Special orders

• SALE items

This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.). If Alton Sports in Motion is at fault for the returned item, your shipping charges will be credited to you.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Alton Sports in Motion. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.
